Brush the cooking oil on the steamer to avoid dumpling skin sticking to the steamer.
2. Add water to the pot. If it is steamed 1-2 times, the water depth is 2 fingers. Then put in the stand, cover with a lid, and boil the water on high heat.
3. Bring the water to a boil and then place the dumplings on the steamer one by one with long chopsticks or tongs. Be careful not to glue them together. Then cover, bring to a boil over low heat and steam for 10-15 minutes.
4. After steaming, open the lid, pick out the steamed dumplings in time, and put them into the next round of steaming. If you steam too often, be careful to add water to the steamer.
