Q1. Can you do my own design and lead time?
Yes, we can and welcome your own designs. However, there will be a sample fee which will be refunded in the bulk, thanks for your                            understanding.
If we are not in busy season, your order samples will be shipped to you in 5-10 days.

Q2. What is the lead time for delivery?
In general we're able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 30-45 days since order of confirmation fixed.

Q3. What information is needed for the quotation?  
Please kindly provide the details infromation including material(fabric construction), size, color, pattern, quantity, packing details.
If there are pictures for reference will be better.


Q4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 500 pieces per color.
For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We'd check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier t find a possible solution. Please contact us for detail.
