     A: Preserved plants are 100% natural plants. They are the result of a unique process of plant preservation in which the natural
sap is replaced with special solution, that will preserve their aspect, freshness and scent for several years, with no need of soil,
water or sunlight.

     A: The main material is natural boxwood & cypress leaves and stems. No harm to human & environmental.
3. Q: How long can preserved boxwood and cypress keep?
     A: It can usually be stored for 3 years warranty at least.
4. Q: What certificate do you need for customs clearance?
     A: We have fumigation and phytosanitary certificate for customs clearance.
5. Q: How do you take care of the preserved plants?
     A: Keep them indoors , away from direct sunlight and heat, avoid damp, dark and humid, very dry areas . Optimum Temp:
below 35 ºC , Humidity: 50-75%RH.
6. Q: Can your factory make preserved plants as customized design?
     A: Yes, we can, please offer us specific details, such as graphics of design or samples for reference. OEM & ODM are acceptable.
7. Q: Can order mixed items in trial order?
     A: Yes, it is acceptable when each item reach the MOQ.
8. Q: Is it possible to get a sample to check the quality first?
     A: Surely, we can offer one free small sample, charge big sample according the value of the product. Samples will be sent out
