Warranty Policy of Tower Crane

Warranty Content and Period

1 Since the day the product leaving our factory, the Tower Crane Warranty Policy will come into force.
2 The warranty period of the imported parts from manufacturer's abroad supplier should follow the warranty policy of abroad supplier.
3 The warranty period of the following parts is 24 months.
Steel structure
4 The warranty period of the following parts is 24 months.
Slewing bearing
5 The warranty period of the following parts is 12 months.
Hoisting Mechanism: motor, reducer and other main driving parts.
Slewing Mechanism: motor, reducer and other main driving parts.
Trolley Mechanism: motor, reducer and other main driving parts.
Traveling Mechanism: motor, reducer, bogies and other main driving parts.
Hydraulic climbing system: Pump and Cylinder.
Electric control system: frequency converters, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), AC Contactors and other main electric elements.
6 The warranty period of the following parts is 3 months.
Hoist limit switch, Slewing limit switch, Trolley limit switch, Traveling limit switch, Load cut out and Moment cut out.
Drivers control unit, brake systems of mechanisms, cable,terminal block and wire rope.
7 The warranty period for the new spare parts which replacing the faulty part will be the same as the replaced faulty part.
8 The warranty period for spare parts purchased from our company is 3 months.
