Producing carpet up to 15 feed wide and multiple width with lowest wastage in term of quantify jobs. Our high speed founder view loom provided the latest technology and axminster carpet weaving. Using up to 16colors, carpets of the 4meters wide. After weaving, our carpets are moved to the finishing line, with finishing, use 3 head cherry machines to give them a velvet feel.


The complete carpet is there checked again for quality control, we lay them out on the measure and match floor to ensure that patterns match and measurement are accurate, so that been installation does not have any problem, fitting the finished carpet.

Axminster carpet is composed of warp yarn, weft yarn and pile warp. The material of the warp yarn is 100% polyester. The material of the weft yarn is jute or PP, and most of them are now PP, because in some humid places, jute will be moldy. The material of the carpet is 80% wool and 20% nylon.

The Best Flame Retardant Performance
Because of its good moisture absorption and high ignition point, wool carpets are not easy to ignite under normal conditions, and have natural flame retardant, difficult to ignite and self-extinguishing properties. Because the wool fiber is a protein fiber, although a charcoal mark can be burnt after the fire such as a cigarette butt falls on the carpet, it can be eliminated by rubbing the charcoal mark slightly.
