FIBERGLASS REINFORCED, THREADED ROD & NUTS

1.As a result of continuous pultrusion, each glass filament in the product is ensured to be a whole filament. In this way, the mechanical pressure and tensile strength of the product are very excellent, and its tensile strength reaches 1360MPa, far exceeding the tensile strength of No. 45 fine cast steel 570Mpa index. Excellent electrical performance, voltage class of 10kV - 1000kV voltage range. Strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength, not easy to bend, easy to use and so on.
2. The allowable long-term operating temperature of this product is 170-210ºC; , the highest short-circuit operating temperature of the product is 230ºC (less than 5 seconds).
3, this product because of the release agent imported from Germany, so as to ensure that the surface of the product is very smooth, no color difference, no burr, no scratches.
4. The heat resistance and insulation grade of this product reach Grade H, which is an ideal substitute for unsaturated molded MPI products.
6, in order to improve the requirements of the product on acid and high temperature resistant environment, divided into ordinary insulation rod, acid resistant insulation rod, high temperature resistant insulation rod, high temperature and acid resistant insulation rod four grades of products
