How long has XINGDA engaged in PCB solutions?
We have overall experience of 30+ years in PCB solution supply and 20+ years in PCB manufacturing.
What is the Lead time?
We usually follow the agreement of lead time with customers, if not stated, we will follow default typical delivery time standard, you can find the details in our website or company presentation.
What is your PCB testing policy?
We do 100% E-test and visual check, E-test will be executed by either flying probe devices, AOI machines, automatic E-test machines, Semi-auto E-test machines, High pot voltage test machines depends on order volume and PCB type. Visual check will be done by experienced FQC team.

What is your standard packing method?
Your PCBs will be packed in vacuum package and 5-layer export cartons, Pallets will be used for orders reach certain standard.

Can I have free samples?
Yes. For approved potential customers, we offer 3 models free samples, 1~3 panels per model will be delivered.

What is the payment term?

What certificates do you have?

Our solid CCL suppliers include SHENGYI (SL), KINGBOARD (KB), NANYA, GDM, BOYU and our own brand LONGYU, HONGQI. Solder mask and legend ink suppliers include TAIYO, COANT, RONGDA, KUANGCHUN, ABQ

Can you make long board?
Yes. For rigid PCBs, we can make max 1490mm single/double sided PCBs, for Flexible PCBs, we can make reel to reel PCBs of 100m/roll

What kind of surface treatment can you do?
The common surface treatment includes OSP, HASL, HASL LF, ENIG, IMM Ag, IMM Tim, ENEPIG.

Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Welcome. Please check with our sales representative for the visit plan.

If I work with you, What is the work procedure?
  1. NDA agreement: We will sign the NDA agreement with you;
  2. We require PCB design file and specification sheet to check cost and offer you best price;
  3. Payment term agreement: We will come agreement with you on payment term;
  4. Technical and QC standard agreement: We will require you to fill in a technical requirement questionnaire, the purpose is to clarify the general QC acceptance standard, the default standard we follow is IPC A600 class 2. We also conduct IPC A600 class 3 if customer required. If you have specific general quality requirements, please send us at this stage;
  5. Sampling and prototype: We will submit samples for quality approval.
  6. Factory Audit: factory audit can be done if necessary.
  7. Order and Sales confirmation: Once you place PO to us, we will confirm the lead time and send you PI/SC as sales confirmation. Deposit is required if the agreed payment has deposit requirement.
  8. EQ and working gerber confirmation: We will make working gerber for approval before production, if there is Engineering question, we will send and confirm with you.
  9. Production: After EQ and working gerber approved, we will put into production;
  10. Delivery: We will deliver the PCBs according to agreed delivery plan.

If I don't have PCB design file, only have a PCB sample, can you make?
Yes. We can copy the design for you, engineering charge may be required. An authorization letter would be required to avoid patent or trademark infringement. Please check with our sales representative.

Is my PCB files safe if I submit them to you?
Yes. For sure. No matter We sign NDA with customers or not, we will never disclosure customer's drawing and order details.

How do you treat complaint if any?
We have strict quality standard, you will have trouble free PCBs. However, we treat a complaint seriously if any, we will work with you to analysize and identity the problem, a 8D report will be provided if necessary, we will take our responsibility if it's because of PCB manufacture failure, and take corrective and prevention actions to avoid reoccurrence.

Do you sell Copper clad Laminate (CCL)?
Yes. We have own CCL factories, We sell CCL to PCB makers.

Can you make PCBA?
We have associate partner of PCBA, we can make PCBA for you.
