M series deep hole honing machine adopts rack type expansion honing head, wide size adjustment range, sand and guide adopt quick change structure. It is mainly used for finishing the surface of cylindrical inner holes of various hydraulic cylinders, cylinders and steel pipes. The aperture accuracy is above IT7, and the surface roughness is Ra0.2-0.4μm. The machine is equipped with PLC control system, linear rolling guide rail, AC servo motor, adopt the grinding rod box structure with the invention patent, equipped with spindle motor, stepless speed regulation, honing head through the servo motor drive, to achieve the honing head of constant pressure and quantitative feed. Sparkless machining and electronic brake ensure the formation of machining mesh. This series of honing machine can not only bear mass production, but also meet the need of single piece small batch machining. It is the ideal equipment for deep hole machining.
