Q1. Are you a factory?
Yes, we engage ourselves in DC motor and battery wires, we have multiple machines to process the whole production. We have professional design ers, QC and production team to control the whole production progress.

Q2. Can I have my own customized product?
Yes sure, OEM and ODM is our main business. We can make the customers' idea come true. We can help customers design and develop new products, provide customers with the best solution, and achieve the best balance of product performance and price.

Q3. What's your MOQ?
For a regular product that we make here, MOQ is 10 pieces. For OEM/ODM product, the MOQ normally is 100pcs to 500pcs depending on the variability of the products produced.

Q4. How does your factory carry out quality control?
1. Purchase inspection and test: the raw materials are inspected to ensure that the materials flowing into the production and processing links are qualified items.
2. Production process inspection and test: responsible for the production process inspection to ensure the process meets the standards, and only semi-finished products that meet the requirements and standards can enter the next process to continue production.
3. Finished product inspection and testing: responsible for inspecting and testing finished products leaving the factory to ensure that only products that pass the inspection can be sold and enter the market.
4. Each inspection link needs to carefully make test records, form quality inspection reports, and notify relevant staff.

Q 5. What's  the   delivery time?
For the products that we have material in stock, we can get them ready in 2-15 days, For the orders that we don't have enough material in stock, the delivery time is around 30 days, For the new product that is  under moulding making, the whole order finish time takes around 50 days as there is sample checking and test processed.

Q6. What's your warranty policy?
We have 1 year warranty for our products except   that we have special agreements. The warranty only covers for products failed that's used correctly, a faulty usage of failed product isn't included.

Q7. What logistics methods are available ?
The main shipping way is by sea. F or samples or small quantity, the shipping way is by express or by air. You can ship the goods by your logistic agent or we can  send you goods  by our logistic agent .

Q8. What payment way do you accept?
We accept bank wire (T/T), paypal, western union, 30% deposit to start the production, and 70% balance before delivery the goods.

Q9. Can I have a discounted price?
We offer discounted rates for customers who cooperate with us for long-term relationship and big quantity.
