A1: Yes, we are. HOSD Lighting is a purely and  professional original   manufacturer, we have three own factories now.

Q2. Do you have the ability to develop OEM new products and how long to make mould samples?
A2: Yes, our structure engineers can make CAD and 3D drawing and development new products based on the requirements of client. we have mould workshops of punched, injection and die-casting products, mould samples are faster much.

Q3. Can I have a sample order for the item we insterest?
A3: Yes, we accept sample order to test and check quality. Mixed models are acceptable.
Q4. What's the lead time for sample and bulk order?
A4: 3-5 days for samples, 2-4 weeks for batch bulk order.

Q5. What is the quality process of lights and w hat is warranty time of products?
A5: Our factory passed GBT19001-2016 and ISO9001-2015, 100% finished products passed test aging before packing. we offer 2-5 years guarrantee to all our products.

Q6. How to deal with the products fail in period of guarantee?
A6. For parts fail in guarantee, we will send free replacements with new order for small quantity. For fail batch products, we will repair and resend them without our own shipping account or we negotiate the best solution together.
