The UV shielding wavelength tested by Tinosorb M is the same as Tinosorb S at 280-400 nm, but its maximum protection effect appears at the two wavelengths of 303 nm and 358 nm, so it has a protective effect on both UVA and UVB. Tinosorb M is the first broad-spectrum chemical sunscreen using fine particle technology. It can not only absorb UVA/UVB full-band chemical sunscreen (protective band 280-400nm), but also has characteristics similar to physical sunscreens. The particle size is about 200nm. Such particles are similar to the commonly used nano-physical sunscreens and can reflect and scatter ultraviolet rays. Tinosorb M has good light stability.
