FAP831  é um chipset MTK padrão Wi-Fi 11ax de alto desempenho em ponto de acesso sem fio de parede  com várias portas  e suporte para MU-MIMO, Wave2.0, OFDMA e roaming contínuo.

Velocidade Wi -Fi combinada de 3000 Mbps em 2 rádios: Portas Gigabit WAN e LAN de 600 Mbps 11ax 2 * 2) e 5 GHz (2400 Mbps 2 * 2), portas Gigabit WAN e LAN equipadas, suporte para modulação MU-MIMO e DL/UL-OFDMA, taxa de dados Ethernet mais rápida e mais utilizadores, em seguida, vários utilizadores podem carregar ou transferir vários pacotes ao mesmo tempo, um espaçamento mais estreito entre subportadoras e um tempo de símbolo mais longo, uma maior estabilidade e eficiência de processamento de dados, para serem utilizados publicamente em ambientes de acesso de alta densidade, como campus universitário, sala de concertos, ginásio, etc.
